#16 Marstrand (2nd leg of the trip)

We continued our trip at 10:05. We were sailing outside of  Hyppeln and Rörö to reach deep waters for makril. Finally the fishing was very successful; we catch 4 ones, including one big (40cm). So our dinner was just prepared :) The wind was gentle breeze (4-6 m/s) from SW. Clear, warm weather 25C.
It was 12nm, 3:25 hrs with 30 minutes motoring to the port. We were lucky, we found the first free place at the A pier. It was fast, but the outside place would be too wavy. The port fee was 250 SEK, and it is a full extra port with all days parties :)

#15 Hyppeln (the 1st leg of the Four Days Trip)

So we just started our vacation. It is our first "not just one day trip". 

The first leg was from Björlanda Kile (14:22) to Hyppeln (16:30).

It was 6.9 nm and 2:08 hrs. It was a fresh breeze with 6-10 m/s from SW. The weather was clear and 21C.

Due to the stronger wind, we use just the genoa, then we were motoring to the harbor.

Hyppeln is a very nice island; beautiful harbor, shop, restaurant, grill places in the warps. We made a good tracking around the island, the village is nice also and you have lot of viewpoint to the sea.

The port fee was 200 SEK, shower, wc, grill, nice neighbors :)

#14 Bouy training

Navigation training around the BKSS race track. Bouys: 0,1,2,3,4,5 and back to the harbour because the wind reduced and stopped, so we had to motoring back. Wind was very light, 0-5 m/s from NW-W-SW.
8.2 nm and 3:10 hours.

Klippan Veteran Boat Harbor

We visited the Röda sten and the Veteran Boat Harbor at Klippan. It is close to Eriksberg, but we never have been there. It was really, really wonderfull :)

#13 Brygga seglare

The sailors are not superstitious, really. We are not either, really.
This is the reason why we did not sail out in our #13 trip. Just stay in the boat, dinner, beer, talking, reading, some packing and sleeping. The weather was not optimal, but who cares now? :)

#12 Barlind

Great sailing with Csilla and Tamas. The target was island of Barlind, where we stopped for swimming and a small discovery of the island. It was 14.5 nm and 5:00 hrs sailing with 2:20 stop.
It was gentle breeze (3-5m/s) from W-NW and after W-SW. It was a really good weather with 25C and mostly clear sky with lot of sun. The sea was great and warm (in Swedish term ;) )

Stena Match Cup 2012

We were at Marstrand to see the Stena Match Cup 2012. It was the first sailing race event what I saw, but it was really good and enjoyable. Here are some pictures, but can not give the actual, live feeling :)

#11 St. Kalven: mooring training

It was a direct sailing to the small island St. Kalven, anchored there, swimming, fishing and sailing back.
2hrs sailing and 2hrs stopp at the island. It was a gentle breeze (3-5m/s) E-NE.
